Co-Owner, CEO

Mike owns 30 doors across Camden, Cumberland, Cape May and Gloucester counties. Additionally he flips a couple houses every year. He also owns a sheep farm in Vineland. Before he entered real estate Mike was a commercialization manager for DeWALT power tools.

Co-Owner, Maintenance Advisor

Drew owns over 100 doors across Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May counties. Drew flips multiple properties a year and knows construction well. Prior to becoming a landlord Drew was in the REO business servicing bank owned properties.

Co-Owner, COO

John is a fellow landlord & contractor. He owns a handful of rentals in the Sicklerville & Williamstown areas. He also owns his own construction company.

Director of Operations

Ed owns a rental in Deptford and flips properties regularly. He also is a real estate agent and has operated in the investing space for many years before joining TVPM.

Director of Maintenance

Carm owns a handful of commercial and farm rental properties abroad. She has been working with TVPM for over three years.

Leasing Manager

Tori has been a real estate agent in the Cumberland County area for several years. She joined TVPM two years ago and worked her way up to being the manager of all things leasing.

Co-Owner, Broker

Kevin is a real estate broker in the South Jersey area. He has had over 28 years of real estate experience. In addition to being a Real Estate agent Kevin owns commercial property in Camden and Burlington counties.

Anthony has done it all in real estate. He has wholesaled, flipped, and owns rentals in the South jersey area. Anthony also owns and manages a private lending company that specializes in lending for real estate investors.
