Garbage Disposals

Garbage disposals are one of the most frequent elements of a house to have a maintenance call due to them "breaking". A way to know if a tenant has tampered with disposal is to check the screws fastening the disposal. If one is missing or if the sizes are different then your disposal may have been tampered with.
