As a landlord I love keypad locks! These things make my life easier and save me from unwanted headaches. Tenant lost their keys? Doesn't happen with keypad locks. Need to give access to your repair guy while you aren't there? Keypad locks can let you do that.
Normal door handles run about $40 to $70 for a mid-grade version while keypad locks can be bought for $99 for a mid-grade version. The benefits the keypad locks bring to my property management well outweighs the $30 to $50 premium they cost.
