Venmo is an insanely effective way to collect rent if you have fewer than 10 units. It takes moments to download and tenants can use their bank accounts or credit cards with it. You are notified exactly when payments come in and in most cases it will clear to your bank account in less than a day. It also allows for set up with some business bank accounts. Great for small time landlords.
