Alloway NJ in Salem County is home to the highest HUD vouchers in the state of New Jersey. This very small town has a high demand for rentals but not enough supply especially in regards to housing that accepts government subsidies. A two bed one bath voucher is worth approximately $1800 a month. The purchase price for a 2/1, 2/1 duplex? Around $80k to 115k. How about that spread?
