Paper Trails

Keeping a paper trail when you mainly communicate with your tenants via text can be challenging. Luckily there are a couple different apps that save your conversations in order to preserve that trail. Appfolio and Google Voice both do that. Appfolio can send and save texts from through its overall system while Google Voice will create an email copy of txt conversations and send it to your email. Both methods can come in clutch if a relationship sours and legal action needs to be taken.
