The power of property manager comes during emergencies.
We had an owner have his electric meter incorrectly pulled from his occupied property. This meant that we had to have a cut card issued to get the meter reinstalled.
Normally to get a cut card in Millville and the meter reinstalled (where this occurred) would take 4 to 6 weeks.
Though our knowledge and experience of working with the town and utility companies we able to get the cut card and electric meter installed in 5 days. The tenants can get back to normal living and owner didn't have to lift a finger. That is record!
Need to give a shout to the City of Millville for being super responsive!
