Zillow has started to move make rental listings more exclusive versus inclusive in the state of NJ (and a few others). What impact will this have on Property Managers, Landlords, and property management CRMs like Appfolio and Buildium?
We can say the Zillow network (Zillow, Hot Pads, and Trulia) accounts for less than 20% of our current lead generation and less than 10% of our total converted tenants. Zillow specifically often generated junk leads for us.
